Why OLLY Falls Short for ADHD

OLLY Chillax is magnesium + L-theanine + lemon balm. It supports one brain pathway: GABA (calming). Great for winding down at bedtime.

But ADHD isn't just restlessness. Oliver couldn't focus (dopamine), had emotional explosions (serotonin), acted before thinking (norepinephrine), and couldn't filter background noise. OLLY touched none of that.

Calming isn't the same as treating ADHD.

What Saphire Targets Instead

Saphire uses clinical-grade saffron extract studied specifically in ADHD children. It hits all four pathways:

  • Dopamine — inhibits reuptake for focus and motivation
  • Serotonin — mood stability and impulse control
  • GABA — natural calming
  • Norepinephrine — signal filtering and executive function

What Actually Happened

OLLY (2 months): Slightly better sleep. No change at school, no change in meltdowns, no change in emotional regulation.

Saphire (12+ months): By week 3, Oliver's teacher asked what changed. Homework dropped from 45-minute battles to 15 minutes. Meltdowns went from daily to weekly. He started finishing tasks without being reminded five times.

OLLY made evenings slightly easier. Saphire changed our daily life.

The Price Reality

OLLY: ~$12/month. Saphire: ~$40/month.

But I spent $12/month on OLLY for two months with zero ADHD improvement. Plus ~$150 on other single-pathway supplements that didn't work. The $40/month that actually works has been the most cost-effective decision I've made.

Who Should Choose What

OLLY Chillax: No ADHD, just needs help winding down. Mild stress or test anxiety.

Saphire Happy Chews: ADHD (diagnosed or suspected). Focus issues + emotional dysregulation + impulsivity. Single-pathway supplements haven't worked.

The Bottom Line

OLLY Chillax is a solid calming supplement that targets one brain pathway. Saphire Happy Chews is a multi-pathway supplement designed specifically for the neurotransmitter imbalances that drive ADHD symptoms. They're not really competitors — they're solving different problems. If your child has ADHD, the one-pathway approach is why nothing has worked yet.
